Each bonus offer is limited to one per individual and related identifiers. This includes, but is not limited to, a single bonus per person or household, residential address, email address, IP address, phone number, player account, payment card, e-wallet or payment service account (such as Neteller or Skrill), as well as one electronic device, including computers, mobile phones, or tablets.

Bonuses are generally available to all players unless specific country-based restrictions apply. Players who are citizens of restricted countries are not eligible for bonuses. These restricted countries include Bulgaria, North Macedonia, the Republic of Moldova, the Philippines, Sierra Leone, Spain, Belarus, and Ukraine. If a player holds citizenship in one of these countries but resides permanently in a permitted jurisdiction, eligibility may still apply. In such cases, proof of residency may be requested, and failure to provide valid documentation may result in bonus winnings being voided.

Any misuse or abuse of bonus offers is strictly prohibited. The casino reserves the right to deny bonuses, cancel winnings obtained through bonus funds, or restrict bonus access at any stage if abuse is identified. Players are not permitted to use strategies designed to artificially meet wagering requirements or reduce risk while a bonus is active. If there is sufficient reason to believe that gameplay is intended solely to gain an unfair financial advantage from bonuses, all related winnings may be cancelled.

Examples of prohibited behavior include, but are not limited to, rapidly switching between games with different wagering contributions, using low-risk betting systems such as Martingale or similar methods, significantly reducing bet size after a large win, covering multiple outcomes in games like Roulette, exploiting in-game features to hedge bets, focusing excessive play on high RTP games to minimize risk, manipulating bonus rounds or free spins, or displaying betting patterns that resemble automated or system-based play.

All bonuses are credited according to the UTC time zone. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are subject to minimum deposit requirements, maximum bonus limits, wagering conditions, maximum bet limits during wagering, and time restrictions. Standard wagering requirements are set at 40 times the bonus amount or free spins winnings and must be completed within 7 days from the time the bonus is credited, unless different terms are specified in individual promotion rules.

Not all games contribute equally toward wagering. Slots typically contribute 100%, with specific exceptions. Roulette contributes 25%, card games and game shows contribute 10%, while other games may not contribute at all. Some games may also be unavailable while a bonus is active.

Unless stated otherwise, the maximum bet allowed during active bonus wagering is 5 USD/EUR/CHF/USDT/USDC, 8 AUD/CAD/NZD, 50 NOK, or 100 ZAR. For cryptocurrency play, the maximum bet equals the value of 5 USD based on the average exchange rate on the day of betting. This limit applies to all bonus types and includes doubled bets and purchased bonus rounds. Breaching these limits may result in forfeiture of both the bonus and any associated winnings.

Bonus winnings become withdrawable only after all wagering requirements are fully met. Players wager real funds first, followed by bonus funds. If bonus funds are lost, the bonus is considered forfeited. Any remaining bonus balance or winnings are void if wagering is not completed before the bonus expiry. Players may withdraw their deposit at any time before completing wagering; however, doing so will void the bonus and any related winnings. Bonuses can also be cancelled voluntarily without affecting deposited funds.

Bonuses are automatically cancelled if the bonus-related balance falls to 0.05 EUR/USD (or equivalent), or 0.000001 BTC or less. Only one bonus may be active at any given time, and deposit bonuses cannot be combined. Players may decline bonuses at their discretion.

Delaying game rounds or bonus features for later use, especially after wagering is completed or after making additional deposits, is not permitted and may result in winnings being voided. All withdrawals involving bonus play are subject to verification checks, and the casino may request confirmation of personal or payment details.

Unless otherwise specified, winnings from deposit bonuses are capped at 5,000 USD/EUR (or equivalent), with higher local currency limits applied where stated. Any winnings exceeding these caps may be forfeited. Using bonus funds solely to advance through bonus stages and completing final stages with cash funds is prohibited, and winnings obtained in this manner may be voided. The casino reserves the right to confiscate funds and revoke bonuses if any breach of these rules is identified.

For promotions and rewards, EUR is used as the base currency, with predefined conversion rates applied to fiat currencies. Cryptocurrency limits are calculated based on the EUR exchange rate at the time of processing. Redeemable comp points are earned through real-money wagering and can be exchanged for rewards once sufficient points are accumulated, in accordance with the Lucky Ones Loyalty Program terms.

All free spins winnings are subject to a 40x wagering requirement. No-deposit bonuses and free spins have specific withdrawal caps depending on whether a prior deposit has been made, unless otherwise stated in individual promotion terms. Tournament and promotion prizes are credited only if the account is active and compliant at the time of allocation, and any points earned through bonus rule violations will not count toward final rewards.

Additionally, if any strategy or activity is used that breaches our Anti-Fraud Policy, as outlined in our Terms and Conditions, prizes will be considered null and void, and no winnings will be credited.
